1. 30002 - Handle Screw
2. 30096 - Wheel Handle (Metal)
3. 30059 - Packing Nut
4. 30560 - EPDM Packing
5. 30006 - Packing Support Washer
6. 30008 - Valve Seat Rubber
7. 30009 - Retainer Screw

NOTE: Operating Rod Not Included.

Remove operating rod to repair.

Note: The Model 14 Repair is the same as the Model 17,
minus the Vacuum Breaker Float Kit repair.
