06.2013 - UPDATED INSTRUCTIONS: At the 2:00 min mark follow these instructions below:
Thread the plastic stem that has been snapped onto the operating rod fully into brass nut first, Clockwise. Next, place the clear headnut gasket into the faucet and then place the drain guard onto the brass nut. Finally insert the operating rod that has the plastic stem and brass nut connected into the faucet and tighten brass nut counter-clockwise into faucet.
